Should we need to contact you we will do so via our online ordering system. You will receive a customer note this way. To be sure you get our notifications, make sure you check your spam folder and add our email to your address book.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have the correct address and postcode listed on order at checkout. Failure to provide correct details could mean items could be returned to sender. To resend out will be additional postage cost for the customer. Sometimes it will require someone at home to sign for the parcel – so ensure you have the correct address so that you are available during office hours to receive your parcel.

Recipient receives their gift voucher automatically via email. This Gift Voucher expires 1 years after the date of purchase and is non-transferable. Once purchased, this gift voucher is non-refundable and has no cash value. Keep this voucher secure; it is not redeemable if lost or stolen, and no reissue will be provided.

Refunds where items are missing via Australia Post are dealt with them directly. We open a case and discuss with them as they can usually track the parcel down pretty quick. You can open a case directly yourself with your tracking number or contact us.
