Shipping policy

Delivery free per order to anywhere in Australia only.  

Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel and may require signature on delivery by default.  If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. Or on the checkout page you can request to have your parcel left without a signature.  If you choose to do so it will be at your own risk.  In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated.

Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email with tracking details.  You can also track it online here.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.  Please note that these delivery times are approximate and are provided as a guide only. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible however we cannot guarantee that your parcel will definitely arrive within this time frame. 

Sweet Vintage Treasures will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by Australia Post. 

If you no longer require your order due to late arrival you will be required to cover return postage costs of the item and no refund will be given for any shipping costs.

Deliveries may take longer during November and December, please allow extra time due to the high volume of orders during these months.

Customers will pay any tariffs, duties or fees in their country when parcels are shipped internationally. These will be payable by you when your order arrives into your country. This includes any changing tariffs introduced in the USA.

Your order is shipped to one street address only. If you require part of your order shipped elsewhere, please make two separate orders. The less updating of orders at our end means less chance of human error.

We aim for despatch every 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live, unfortunately we cannot guarantee Express Post.  

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unexpected delays by Australia post which Sweet Vintage Treasures is not liable for. Please allow up to 14 business days for postage and handling.

If your parcel is returned to us (due to no pickup etc), we incur a return fee by Australia Post. To resend it back out to you will be our flat rate shipping charge plus the additional cost we incurred. Thank you for understanding.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $14.95 if you want the order sent again.

If your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days.  If it’s not collected within that time it will be returned back to us and you will be charged a reshipping fee of $14.95 if you want the parcel resent.  Or if you’d prefer a refund, the Australia Post return fee of $10 and the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
